Prepare the Package
Place the unworn festival apparel back in its original packaging, ensuring all pet-themed accessories and tags are securely attached.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the parcel at no extra cost.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our quality team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange item will be dispatched immediately.
